Dr. Ted Mika graduated from Kansas State University’s Veterinary
Medical School in 1992 and practiced medicine in South Dakota for a
year. With his wife
Monica, Dr. Mika moved to Greeley, Colorado in 1993, and worked
with a local large animal practice for ten years. Dr. Mika founded P.E.T.S. in
2001, Fort Collins Veterinary Emergency Hospital in 2003, and Grand
Valley Veterinary Emergency Hospital in 2005. When he isn’t managing the
hospitals, Dr. Mika is probably skiing, hunting, or fishing with
his wife and two kids Riley and Reiss. |

After growing up in Indiana and graduating from Indiana University
with a B.S. in biology, Dr. Mary Ann Archer attended Purdue’s
School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2001. Dr. Archer has been practicing
medicine at P.E.T.S. since July of 2004 and when she isn’t treating
patients here, she enjoys spending time with her husband John, her
rescued dog Cheyenne, and her disabled cat Calypso. In her free time she might be
cooking, gardening, camping, hiking, fishing, or horse back
riding. |

Lisa was born and raised in Colorado and lives out east in the
countryside with her husband and two kids. She enjoys spending time with
their two lab mixes, 2 year old Summer and the new puppy Bear, and
hopes to add some chickens and a cow in the future. She has been working with P.E.T.S.
since 2003 and enjoys making a difference in the lives of owners
and their pets. |
