Instructions :
Step 1 Go to the PRICES tab and check prices for your dog or cat surgery on-line
Step 2 Go to the FORMS tab and print the "Authorization Form" and the "Clint Info Form," fill them out prior to your pet's appointment.
Step 3 Call P.E.T.S. and set up your appointment (970) 339-8700
Things to know :
The minimum age for a spay or neuter is 12 weeks.
Females can be spayed as soon as 2-4 weeks after weaning.
If your pet is over 6 yeas of age we strongly suggest presurgical blood testing.
Because services are provided at a minimum cost, certain precautionary measures such as pre-anesthetic blood work, IV catheter and fluids will not be included but are available,at additional cost, upon request.
